Description

10xUAS regulatory sequences (from the pWalium10roe vector) drive expression of the BirA(R118G) promiscuous biotin ligase. A Igk-leader sequence and a Tag:HA tag are present at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence. A Tag:ER(KDEL) endoplasmic reticulum retention sequence is present at the C-terminal end of the coding sequence.
