Description

10xUAS regulatory sequences (from the pWalium10roe vector) drive expression of the BirA(G3) promiscuous biotin ligase. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:SS(BiP) and with Tag:MYC, and at the C-terminal end with a Tag:ER(KDEL) endoplasmic reticulum retention sequence.
