Description

4.3kb genomic fragment including osk, with three copies of Tag:HA at position T140. Contains a deletion in the 3'UTR (Δ521-743, 'SL2'), which has been replaced with a transport and localization signal (TLS, 44 nucleotides) from the 3'UTR of fs(1)K10. The TLS contains the A-up mutation.
