Description

UASt regulates expression of a partial cDNA encoding Met1-Phe501 of Cubn2 tagged with 3x Tag:HA. This 'mini protein' contains intact N-terminal domains and the eight EGF repeats - a similar region in mammalian cubilin was described to be sufficient for its assembly with 'AMN' and for trafficking to the plasma membrane.
