Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}nordMI06414 insertion has been replaced with a RFP-T-3xHA cassette. The insertion is in the appropriate orientation and reading frame of nord, between amino acids 103R and 104F, to act as a protein trap and allow visualization of nord protein in vivo.
