The expression of nordUAS.ag:HA,GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 results in a small wing; partial L5 and PCV loss is also observed, particularly at higher nordUAS.ag:HA,GFP expression levels (ie at 29[o]C).
The expression from 78h prior to eclosion of nordUAS.ag:HA,GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E (together with Gal80[ts] for the temporal control of expression) leads to posterior crossvein defects. 1 copy of nordUAS.ag:HA,GFP induces an ectopic posterior crossvein, 3 copies lead to loss of the posterior crossvein, 2 copies lead to a mixed phenotype and an ectopic anterior crossvein; Similar expression driven by Scer\GAL4hh.PU, also leads to posterior crossvein defects: 1 or two copies of nordUAS.ag:HA,GFP induces a mixed phenotype of loss/ectopic posterior crossvein, and an ectopic anterior crossvein.
