Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of wild-type Eph that is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:FLAG and at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA. Changes have been made to the transcript to make it resistant to RNAi mediated by P{UAS-Eph.shRNA}.
