Description

The native bcd regulatory region drives expression of a transcript that contains the native bcd 5' and 3' UTRs and which encodes a fusion protein consisting of a truncated form of bcd (a stop codon has been introduced after amino acid 179) that is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
