Description

Sequence encoding a fusion protein composed of VHH(GBP1), a Tag:M(CD8-Unk) transmembrane sequence and the Tag:HA epitope has been inserted into the endogenous hh locus, using the attP site present in TI{mCherry}hhKO.Cherry, allowing expression of the fusion protein under the control of endogenous hh regulatory sequences.
