Description

The FRT cassette in TI{TI}dppFRT.HA-dpp.SecGFP:GFP has been excised, removing the Tag:HA-tagged dpp sequence and allowing expression (under the control of endogenous dpp regulatory sequences) of two tandem copies of GFP (joined by a flexible linker) that are tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:SS(wg) signal peptide.
