    Part of the endogenous dpr10 locus, including two exons that encode the first Ig domain, has been deleted and replaced with a sequence cassette containing a Disc\RFPDsRed.3xP3.cUa marker flanked by inverted attP sites (this allows the sequence cassette to subsequently be replaced using recombination-mediated cassette exchange).
