The RMCE cassette in TI{TI}dpr10PRP has been replaced with mutated dpr10 sequence, reconstituting a dpr10 locus that carries a Q142M amino acid substitution (this results in a dpr10 protein with increased binding affinity to the DIP-α protein compared to wild-type).
