Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of wild-type egl that is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP followed by a flexible linker and the leucine zipper from the Saccharomyces cerevisiae GCN4 gene (a dimerization domain). Silent mutations have been introduced that make the construct refractory to the P{TRiP.GL01170} RNAi line.
