Description

The Hsp83 promoter drives expression of a phosphomimetic version of the Hsap\FUS low complexity (LC) domain (carries 12 amino acid substitutions compared to wild-type sequence), tagged at the N-terminal end with a nuclear localization signal, a Tag:HA epitope, two copies of Tag:MCP and the EGFP coding sequence.
