Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of wild-type egl that is tagged at the C-terminal end (via a 25 amino acid linker) with TurboID (tag is codon optimized for expression in Drosophila) followed by three copies of Tag:FLAG. Silent mutations have been introduced into the egl sequence that make the construct refractory to the P{TRiP.GL01170} RNAi line.
