Description

Ubi-p63E promoter and 5'UTR sequences are fused upstream of the RpL10Aa coding sequence, tagged at the N-terminal end with 3xTag:FLAG. The codon usage of the RpL10Aa coding sequence has been modified (by synonymous codon substitutions) so that all of the codons correspond to the most commonly used synonymous codon in the D. melanogaster genome.
