Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the shorter open reading frame of Prx5 (coding sequence starts from the second in-frame methionine, and lacks the mitochondrial pre-sequence). A Tag:Mito(Sod2) tag has been added at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence.
