Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of the Hsap\CRB2 open reading frame that carries two mutations in the FERM motif (amino acid replacements Y1258A and E1260A). A GFP tag has been inserted into the coding sequence, 130 amino acids upstream of the transmembrane domain.
