Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\CRB2 open reading frame, mutated to carry a C633W amino acid replacement within the extracellular domain. A GFP tag has been inserted into the coding sequence, 130 amino acids upstream of the transmembrane domain.
