Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\CRB2 open reading frame, mutated to carry a R1249Q amino acid replacement adjacent to the transmembrane domain within the cytoplasmic tail. A GFP tag has been inserted into the coding sequence, 130 amino acids upstream of the transmembrane domain.
