    Represents the wild type allele encoding a Threonine at residue 52 in the C-terminus of the Drosocin precursor protein sequence, which is residue 10 in the mature C-terminal 'Buletin' peptide. (This residue is polymorphic across Drosophila strains, encoding either Threonine or Alanine - the D. melanogaster reference genome encodes the Threonine version.)
