Description

UASp regulatory sequences are fused upstream of a FRT cassette containing the His3 coding region (in which T3 is converted to the unphosphorylatable residue alanine) tagged with GFP. The cassette is followed by the His3 coding region (also containing T3A) tagged with the mKO fluorescent protein.
