Constitutively expresses two sgRNAs (TATCCGCTATGGGGAGACCA and AGTCTTGATTTATGCGACGA), each of which targets the Scr promoter region (Scr encodes two isoforms from overlapping promoters, and each sgRNA targets sequence upstream of one of the promoters, so that sequence upstream of both transcription start sites is targeted).
