Description

The Ubi-p63E promoter and 5'UTR are fused upstream of a mutated form of msl-2 in which amino acids 618-655 have been substituted with the equivalent region from the D. virilis ortholog. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with 3xTag:FLAG. The CTCF 3'UTR is also present.
