Description

The rhi promoter and vas 3' UTR regulate expression of rhi in which the rhi chromoshadow domain is replaced by the yeast Gcn4 dimerization domain, tagged with a 'LAP' (localization and affinity purification) tag cassette ( 3xTag:FLAG-Tag:V5-GFP ).
