    The gene encoding Venus fluorescent protein is knocked-in immediately in front of the stop codon of the Lint-O gene, so that it is translated as a C-terminal fusion protein. The knock-in cassette also includes 3xP3-dsRed as a marker and is flanked by loxP sites
