Description

The FRT cassette has been excised, allowing expression of a mutated form of ft tagged with EGFP under the control of the Act5C promoter. The ft coding sequence contains mutations in five conserved phosphorylation sites (S273A, S497A, T1052A, S1156A, S1387A).
