Description

Mutated Ctps cDNA sequence has been inserted into the attP site present in TI{TI}CtpsKO.attP, reconstituting a Ctps transcription unit that carries the H355A amino acid replacement and which is tagged at the C-terminal end with mCherry and 3xTag:HA. The Disc\RFP3xP3.cUa marker present in TI{TI}CtpsKO.attP has been excised. A single attR site and a single loxP site are also present (upstream and downstream of the inserted cDNA sequence respectively).
