Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a full-length fng cDNA, in which two of the three predicted proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin (PCSK) processing motifs have been mutated. The mutations are in the two luminal PCSK sites: s1 (R120A, R123A) and s2 (L131A, R134A). The coding sequence is tagged with GFP.
