Description

UASp regulatory sequences are fused upstream of a 17bp linker (containing an ATG codon) following by the coding sequence of the BicD-RA isoform (excluding ATG) fused to GFP. The BicD-GFP coding sequence and the linker ATG codon are out of frame. The frameshift also results in a premature stop codon.
