Sequence has been re-integrated into the attP site present in TI{TI}N^d.w-, reconstituting the N 5' region sequence that was absent in TI{TI}N^d.w-, except that there is a deletion located upstream of the promoter (the deletion is identical to that seen in the N^fa-swb allele). A loxP cassette encoding additional sequence including the w^GMR.PHb marker, plasmid DNA and P-element ends is also present, in the N first intron.
