Description

830bp from immediately upstream of the ptc ATG codon, in which the ci protein-binding motifs have been mutated (rendering the reporter insensitive to hh signalling), is fused upstream of a synthetic TATA box, followed by an open reading frame composed of a Tag:M(mCd8a) transmembrane domain, four copies of GFP and two Tag:MYC tags.
