Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric fusion protein composed of amino acids 1-242 of side (includes signal peptide and Ig1 domain) fused to amino acids 142-873 of Fas2 (lacks the first Ig domain). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with mCherry.
