Description

The 0.35kb ems posterior spiracle enhancer, plus a 313bp sub-fragment (nucleotides 205-518) from a 518bp minimal crb intronic enhancer (in reverse orientation and with mutations in the two low affinity STAT binding sites), are fused upstream of a minimal promoter followed by lacZ.
