Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of Syt1 in which the N-terminal region, including the transmembrane domain, has been replaced by a Tag:Myr(Src64B) myristoylation motif. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:MYC.
