Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a fusion protein composed of Hsap\EWSR1 amino acids 1-263 fused to a C-terminal part of Hsap\ERG (starts at residue 247). The Hsap\ERG sequence contains a frameshift, thus the fusion protein contains amino acids 247-414 of Hsap\ERG followed by new residues due to the frameshift.
