Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a fusion protein composed of Hsap\EWSR1 amino acids 1-347 fused to a C-terminal part of Hsap\FEV (starts at residue 64). The Hsap\FEV sequence contains a frameshift, thus the fusion protein contains amino acids 64-165 of Hsap\FEV followed by new residues due to the frameshift.
