The ato recruitment enhancer ('ato-RE'), a 367bp fragment from upstream of ato, is fused upstream of a 1.1kb fragment that contains the ato promoter and 5'UTR, followed by sequence encoding EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
