Description

UASp regulatory sequences are fused upstream of a cDNA clone (LD23793) that encodes scra isoform A (includes the 5'UTR and 3'UTR sequences). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with DsRed(M1). A stable stem loop structure has been inserted between the 5'UTR and the coding sequence, to inhibit protein translation.
