UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the 'B10' nanobody, which targets Aβ(1-40) fibrils (but not oligomers or disaggregated peptide), and also binds Aβ(1-42) fibrils. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with a Tag:SS(nec) signal sequence and at the C-terminal end with Tag:MYC.
