sev regulatory sequences drive expression of sev in which amino acids N-terminal to the hydrophobic domain (approximately 60 residues) and the hydrophobic domain have been deleted and replaced with a conventional signal peptide (Tag:SS(Lcp3)) and a Tag:MYC tag.
