Description

sev regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric protein composed of the sev extracellular domain and transmembrane domain and the Egfr intracellular domain. In addition, sev amino acids N-terminal to the hydrophobic domain (approximately 60 residues) and the hydrophobic domain have been deleted and replaced with a conventional signal peptide (Tag:SS(Lcp3)) and a Tag:MYC tag.
