Description

FLP recombinase has inverted the sequence between the pair of inverted FRT sites in LamFRT.hs.Dam-inv, so that the Tag:Dam sequence is now in the same orientation as the direction of transcription. This allows the Hsp70 promoter to drive expression of Lam that is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:Dam and Tag:MYC.
