Description

FLP recombinase has inverted the sequence between the pair of inverted FRT sites in Ecol\damFRT.hs.inv, so that the Ecol\dam sequence is now in the same orientation as the direction of transcription. This allows the Hsp70 promoter to drive expression of Ecol\dam.
