The FRT cassette in TI{TI}wΔWari-GFP has been excised, removing the Avic\GFP3xP3.cUa marker and leaving a chromosome in which the Wari insulator that is located downstream of the w gene has been deleted and replaced by sequence encoding an attP site and a single FRT site.
