Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a CsChrimson ::tdTomato fusion protein. A putative dendritic targeting motif (RDQPLNSKKKKRLLSFRDVDFEEDSD) derived from a Melanophilin gene has been added (via a flexible linker) to the C-terminal end of the coding sequence, however, the resulting protein is not targeted to the dendrites.
