Description

The FRT cassette has been excised (removing sequence encoding four tandem copies of the SNAPf-tag chemical reporter tag, tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:Myr(Src64B)). This allows the 10xUAS regulatory sequences to drive expression of 3 tandem copies of the Halo7-tag chemical reporter, tagged at the C-terminal end with the Tag:PM(hKRAS) plasma membrane targeting sequence (the P10 3'UTR, shown to increase translational efficiency, is also present downstream of the coding sequence).
