Description

Sequence has been inserted into the attP site present in TI{TI}DeltaattP, reconstituting a transcription unit that encodes Delta in which all K residues of the intracellular domain have been replaced with R residues and the neur protein binding site has been mutated to alanine residues. In addition, the Delta coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
