Description

UASp sequences regulate expression of egg coding sequence in which the predicted catalytic Tyr site has been mutated to Ala (predicted to produce a catalytically dead protein). Synonymous changes have been introduced into the coding sequence to render it resistant to RNAi mediated by P{TRiP.HMS00443}. The coding sequence is tagged with GFP.
