Genomic Mayo sequence has been introduced into the attP site in TI{TI}MayoKO, reconstituting a Mayo locus in which GAIN domain self-cleavage has been suppressed by a Thr to Ala amino acid replacement at the +1 position of the GPCR proteolysis site (GPS).
